Will I be able to start spending my points as soon as I earn them?

You’ll be able to start using your points 7 days after you’ve purchased a product to ensure the period for exchange and return has passed, and the product is yours!

How many points can I earn and how much are points worth when I want to redeem them?

We’ve kept it simple - earn 1 point for every AED 1 spent. Each point is worth 0.02 AED when you come to redeem it. That’s 2% cashback on every purchase.

How long will points be valid for?

Points will be valid for 12 months starting from the day they were credited to your account.

How long will my birthday voucher be valid for?

Birthday points/ vouchers will only be valid for 30 days.

Will points be available to use in conjunction with other offers?

Yes, you’ll be able to redeem points on discounted products and promotional offers.

Will I be able to use my 15% off joining bonus in conjunction with other offers?

No, the 15% off joining bonus can only be used to purchase full-priced products.
